CANCELLATION POLICY

At GenevievePDX, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To protect my schedule, preparation time, and the care that goes into each customized service, the following policies are strictly enforced. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book all appointments. The deposit will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. Policy Details • A valid card on file is required to book any service. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and deposit policy. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • This fee applies even if the appointment is rescheduled within the 72-hour window. • If an appointment is canceled within the cancellation window, the deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • Intentionally cancelling out of the 72 hour window more than twice will result in a ban from booking without notice or explanation. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including rescheduling. Zero Tolerance Policy Disrespectful behavior, bullying, manipulation, intimidation, or inappropriate communication—whether in person or through messages—will not be tolerated. Any behavior that compromises the integrity of the space or providers well-being may result in refusal of service and a permanent ban from future bookings, without warning or refund. Multiple Services Policy If multiple services are booked, all booked services will be charged in full, regardless of whether all services are ultimately performed. Booking multiple services reserves additional time on the schedule that cannot be reallocated. It is the client’s responsibility to select services carefully prior to booking.
